FNB ATM took my money
I went to the Langehoven Park, Bloemfontein branch to despot some loose cash. I inserted my FNB card, PIN and the cash I wanted to deposit. The machine processed the payment and then suddenly it returned my card and started to restart/reset. I called the *** number at 12:36 on 08 August 2021 while waiting at the ATM. The operator advised me that I need to return at the branch during operating hours to claim the money. I will not do this since I actually have a job and can not just step out to get my money back that was taken by FNB due to FNB's technical challenges. Please forward the relevant forms for me to get my money back.

11 Aug 2021, 22:09Update: Excellent follow up from FNB. They called me on Tuesday the 10th of August to explain the investigation process. I then received final feedback this afternoon and received my refund shortly afterwards. I applaud FNB for their swift after service.
