FNB atm took my money
I am just ****ed off right now. I went to deposit R750 at an FNB atm at Zevenwatcht Mall Kuilsriver between 5.30 and 6pm. After entering the account details and reference the atm asked me to insert the cash. I inserted the money and boom the screen said deposit cancelled. I waited for the money to come back but nothing. The person i was sending the money had to get it today. I called fnb and they told me i had to wait till monday because of the holiday. This is bull**** . This is my money and i trusted that the atm will send it immediately. This is an emergency and cannot wait till monday. So ****ed off.

29 Dec 2020, 10:40After I waited till monday a lady called Lindsay from customer service called me. Her service was exceptional. She was helpful and before 6pm on monday the money was deposited into the account. That was super customer service. Thumbs up to you. Even though i had to wait till monday, it was a relief to have money deposited. Great service FNB.
