FNB ATM taking out LESOTHO CURRENCY NOTES

On Monday 23 August 2015 at around 17:36pm. i went to the ATM of FNB park central and used the ATM that is directly facing the roller door. the withdrew an amount of R1000.00 and to my surprise one of the hundred rands notes that came out was a LESOTHO CURRENCY. i then reported the Matter with the security guard on duty and even show him the money. he then advised me that i should go inside the bank to report the matter. i did so but the lady (Esther) who took my claim informed me that they have don't investigation and they found out that the machine i say i used that day did not have R100.00 notes. So this means that I'm stupid and i am a ****. I ask myself what is happening in this world now whereby everyone is been treated so unfairly and also been treated as a ********?? If i was lying like she thinks i was why would i border go to the bank and inform them of such??She requested that i get the security guard who was on duty and tell him to come see her. i did so... The same security guard informed me of another incident that took place on the same ATM on Wednesday 2 Sep 2015 whereby a lady came to withdraw an amount of R500.00 and one of the notes was a paper which was stamped
