FNB atm swallows my money.

I went to the atm to pay my credit card. I tried to deposit R600. It returned R100 and so i then retried to deposit the R100. The atm froze and gave me a slip to say unsucessful deposit. I called a staff memeber over to assist me she then told me i would have to wait in line to fill in a form. I was on my lunch hour and was now having to sit for 17min to be assisted. I was then told that it may take up to 4 to 5 workimg days for the money to be returned. This is absolutely disgusting. FNB's atm swollows my money amd then they have the ordasity to make me wait for it. I told the colnsultant i wished to make a formal complaint. However i was told that the system was running very slow and she would have to do it at later stage. I do not care that it is only R100. If it is not in my account by tomorrow morning i am closing my account with fnb amd will not be a future client.

I am still yet to reive this money back from FNB it is a pitty that FNB is prepared to loose a long term customer over a R100. I have now successfully opened a alternative credit card with Nedbank and will be moving over to them.

FNB really should think about putting systems in place for such situations instead of *****ing over their clients. FNB's atm swallowed my money and your best solution is tough ........ You can now wait till we ready to give your money back.
