FNB ATM SWALLOWED MY CASH !!!

On Wednesday the 29th of April 2020 at around 1900hrs i went to FNB Rivonia branch to deposit funds into my FNB account. After i entered my my details and reference the machine asked me to deposit the cash into the slot. It rejected a note and gave me an option to insert it again. I did, thereafter the machine started processing the transaction, only to dispense a receipt saying "deposit unsuccessful". Then it temporarily went offline. I went into the branch the next day, I was given a form to fill in, as well as a tracking number for my query. I was told to expect my funds in 48hrs. Its been a week now, nothing. Every time I call them the representative does not have any answer or form of assistance for me. Am I ever getting my money back FNB?!!!
