FNB ATM Sucks.

I have made a cash deposit at FNB Umkomaas branch at 14h10 on the 10th April for the amount of R3600.00. Then after a few seconds the ATM indicated the following on the screen "Your cash deposit was unsuccessful. Thank you for using this FNB ATM, we cannot complete your transaction. My card was handed back to by the ATM but not MY CASH. I immediately requested an statement to no avail or proof of any cash deposits. I hereby urge an FNB senior employee to call me urgently so that the deposit can be credit to my account.
