FNB ATM *****ing Money

Went to deposit money at the Menlyn park Branch ATM at 21:31.

Deposited the money at the branch. The audible sound of the machine counting the money. then boom. unsuccessful deposit slip and error screen. no deposit money given back. atm immediatly goes offline. 15 min later comes back online with deposit system offline.

The slip does not have amount deposited. no references etc.

Customer service cannot assist me at all as the branch has to fix the issue.

I am opening a case of theft against FNB menlyn park branch firstly. secondly i am going to seek damages for stress and mental health abuse as it is not a small sum of money.

thirdly i want justice done as the assistance is pathetic and reliant on the branch next day service. what if i have to go on a business trip to one of the sites i work on in mpumalanga. what happens to my money.

Hi Naomi, The branch was also not very helpful in trying to calm me. i have had to loose a day of work due to me stressing, loosing sleep, fuel and parking costs. this is now has to be added as damages
