FNB ATM SHUT DOWN WITHOUT PROCESSING MY DEPOSIT

The FNB atm in Hillcrest Hatfield shut down with my deposit and didnt finalise it Monday 15th September 2025 6PM. Reported the query with the Hillcrest FNB branch and got a reference number. Now I am receiving messages that my query has been placed on hold and someone will contact me. Its been two days without money I need to use urgently. I just want my money back and I dont accept any ****my marauding.
