FNB ATM services are BAD for business owners

It happens again!!!!! I think FNB doesn't care about us clients, a month ago I deposited money into a stranger's account by mistake. They put a hold on the funds and promised they'd help me get it. After being tossed around back and forth, I'm still waiting.

Tonight, about 30 mins ago, the atm decided to stop working with my cash deposit in it. The first time I was compromised and had to make a plan to pay my clients, now I'm going through the same thing.

I have lost faith in the capabilities of FNB to helping their clients, I really hope, they won't fail me on this one. We are still feeling the effects of the last money we lost.

So disappointed 😞
