fnb atm ****

<p>I went to the fnb atm at the Crescent umhlanga to withdraw money . Two guys used the atm before me. They withdrew money from the atm as normal then they was done I used the atm so I put my card in the atm entered my pin it gave me an error and my card came out. So the guy that previously used the atm came back and said the atm is faulty he pressed the card less services button and said now it will work then he left. So I put my card in the atm. Next thing I know im getting an sms and all my money so gone from my account yet no money came out from the atm and my card didn't come back out from the atm. So I foned the fnb ***** department... they sent me a ***** document to fill out and email it I did that the same time. They said they would get back to me within 7-10 days. I didn't get any feedback from them. I foned them back and they said im not getting my money back cos my card was used and my pin was entered and my card didn't get swallowed. I tell the consultant I put the card into the atm and it didn't come out so what are u talking about. He then tells me if I have a problem I must call the compliments department. So I did that I spoke to a lady she said she will resend it for investigation and get back to me within 48 hours. So I get a call the next day with the same outcome. Apparently nothing can be done and I'm not getting paid back yet what they are telling me is doesn't make sense cos im clearly telling them that the card didn't come out from the atm so how was it used and how was the pin entered when the card didn't come out from the atm. </p>
