FNB ATM provides stained money and they refuse to refund me.

FNB has ******* operating as ATM cash loaders, I withdrew R500.00 from BP Sunnyside ATM and the money came out stained. I tried depositing the money back but no luck; Went to the branch to explain but was told that someone else came with the same query from same ATM, they could not help; I sent a written complain to FNB, received a call, assured that an email will be sent to the Sunnypark branch for them to refund me. I went to Sunnypark branch, still sent from pillar to post by officials for over an hour. I, again wrote to FNB, was sent an sms saying they will contact me in 3-7 working days. Its long over due.

So basically FNB is robbing me R500.00. I have been their client since 2004...Maybe its time I considered terminating my 4 products with them. I'M VERY UPSET!!
