FNB ATM out of service

Good afternoon.

I have on several occasions travelled specifically to Waterfall Corner to use the FNB ATM only to find that it is out of service. Again on Friday this was the case. The next closest ATM is several ****ometers away not to mention the traffic. Could you please remove this specific ATM so that I don't waste my time going there. I did try to call my private banker who was unavailable ( On leave ) There was no back up. I was promised that the manager would call me, but I am still waiting. All I wanted to do was cash an ewallet payment.. For R120 such a mission. Regards Wayne Scholfield
