FNB ATM not working as it should

I tried to withdraw money from my account at an ATM located at Caltex garage, the said ATM then in return processed the transaction but did not dispense the cash of what I withdrew, and then showed me an orange screen showing Device recovery in progress, and a slip. I checked on my app if the money was reversed into my account but it showed that I withdrew yet no cash was dispensed. I took a photo of the message which was displayed and was issued with a slip which confuses me as I never ask for a slip from an ATM when I withdraw from it. The machines should be serviced, repaired or taken out of commission if it functions not as it is suppose to. I have spoken to my private banker which was not very helpful at all, I have been with this bank for more than 10 years already and want this resolved
