FNB ATM MAKES MONEY VANISH

On the 31/05/2018 I went to make a cash deposit at the Midlands mall FNB ATM. I inserted 50 x R 200 notes (that had just been drawn from another bank) and proceeded to deposit them in our business account. The machine then came up with an error and went offline and simply spat out a slip stating that the deposit was unsuccessful for only R200! No cash was returned and the machine was offline. I then went to the door staff (who mentioned this had already happened once that day already to another customer) I then filled in a form, was given no reference and was told that I would be contacted. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks I called the call centre and finally spoke to the branch that said it would be resolved that next week. I eventually had to go to the branch again this week (Wednesday) and spoke the the Manager, Babara whom assured me they would be in contact. I then got two calls yesterday from a staff member there, the second one to tell me that their ATM balanced and the R 200 had been deposited on the 31/05 already anyway?! This is not reflecting on our statement, not to mention the other R 9800 that has simply vanished? She then rudely said I would have to take it up with the manager and shortly hung up.
