FNB ATM Loan ****

I received a notification that I had taken a loan out from a FNB ATM, however I did no such thing! First of all, I refuse to pay anything back towards this R1172 loan taken out from a ATM of all places as I DID NOT go to a ATM and ask for a loan and secondly, what kind of bank just gives out a loan without any phone call to the owner of the card or even ask for an ID number or anything for security reasons?? This is a big dossapointment from FNB, I was always aa happy client and then this goes and happens.. *** FNB? I will seek legal advise if this issue is not resolved as I work a temp job and don't even have a permanent job as I am currently Pregnant and ready to give birth in 3 months time then I won't have any income for the next 5 months, so my question to you is, why the hell would i take out a loan I know I cannot pay back?? This issue better be resolved and fast!
