FNB ATM Khayelitsha Mall

I have been experiencing bad service from this bank last week it was another thing , this week it's another thing today I deposited money for my mom medication and their atm took the money and gave me receipt that the deposit was unsuccessful and the money did not return .. little did I know that the money will take 5 days it still needs to be investigated so my mom have to wait for 5 days to receive her medication if she does you will be liable I signed that ****en form of yours but I can't wait for 5 days the reason I sent that money today it's because it was needed today and it's not my fault that your atm decided to be faulty I am so tired of this ****
