FNB ATM ISSUE

I tried to withdraw money from an FNB ATM with my Capitec card. Loadshedding happened and my money was not released but deducted off of my account. I contacted Capitec and FNB, Capitec says 30 days and FNB says 48 hours. It has been a day and a half and I have had no feedback. This was the last money I had and no urgent assistance is being given please can you assist. Thank you.
