FNB ATM issue

I am inconvenienced again by FNB atms, yesterday I deposited 4 different amounts at the FNB atm and the fourth didn't go through, the machine said its cancelled but kept my money. This is happening now for the second time in a space of 8 weeks. I asked for this to be looked into, these atm deposits aren't safe for business oweners like myself depositing bwtween 30k to 50k a week. It's just annoying really...
