FNB ATM Green Card readers
Goodday,
I wish to complain about the ATM at the University of the Free-State at the Thakaneng Bridge. I went to withdraw R200 and when the card came out with this amazing NCR card reader with green security plastic in front and I mean it in a sarcastic way the card got stuck in the green security thing unable to get it and the card was retained. This green security thing is by far the worst technological advancement ever. This has happened to me several times. I want my card back at no cost please, for I will not pay for your inability to provide effective and efficient ATM's. Please remove the green card plastic on card readers or replace with better products.
