FNB ATM **** notes

On Saturday afternoon I stopped at Caltex Thongasi in Port Edward. I used the FNB ATM inside the convenience store at the garage. I withdrew R2000 and one of R100 notes turned out to be ****. I phoned the FNB helpline and they advised me to go to the nearest FNB branch. The branch only opened on Monday (today), so I went there, hoping to get the matter resolved quickly.p I was told by the FNB employee that he can take the R100 note and punch holes in it and destroy it. But he can not help me, I must go back to the garage, find the manager of the convenience store, get the number of the security company that loads the ATMs and complain to them. So off I went. Got the number. Long story short. The security company referred me back to FNB. Customer service helpline, refers me back to the branch. So I am being sent from pillar to post because I used a First National Bank ATM and got a **** note, and FNB just does not seem to care.
