FNB ATM Ewallet & ATM deposit ****

What kind of **** is FNB trying to pull, I enquired abt a surprisingly R300 that disappeared from a person I sent Ewallet to last week and till now noone got back to and the money was not returned. Today I got two people have two different apparently technical errors at the Atms in two different areas and the machine just decides to keep the money... This is total nonsense you guys are up to something if it was one place I would understand, I want all my money back please stp ******** people, out of all the years I have used this bank I'm so disappointed in this silly error that you guyz are having and now my problems must wait till you guys decide to give me my money back????
