FNB ATM did not dispense cash but money went off my account

I tried to draw money from and FNB atm at Sasol Rynfield yesterday (14/04/2023). I put my card in the atm, put in my pin and selected the amount. The atm seemed to be processing the transaction for a while then it said "take card" which I did, it said "take cash" then the "take cash" image grayed out and it did not dispense the cash. It then said "take receipt" but before it printed the receipt the atm froze and the error message "device recovery in progress" popped up on the screen. I waited at the atm until it started working again but it never dispensed the cash or printed the receipt. I immediately checked my account on the FNB app and the money had gone off aswell as the R6.90 atm transaction fee. I have tried calling in for assistance but to no avail. I tried using FNB secure chat but it keeps crashing. Please urgently assit!
