FNB ATM DID NOT DESPENSE R2200 AND 48 HOURS LATER NOT RESOLVED!SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE!

On 4June 2024 tried withdrawing my pensioner Mothers Sassa money at the FNB atm at Sizan Total Garage on Morth Rand rd Boksburg.The slip showed money drawn however no money was dispensed.Drove to FNB bank where they asked me to fill in an ATM claim,after which i received a copy of claim forms as well as a referance.Foned FNB later on the day to follow up,useless uninterested staff,every single one of the 4 i spoke to.Emailed them 2x yesterday and 3x today.No response.Went back to FNB to try get it sorted out,to be told FNB is refuting it saying its a Saswitch atm..utter BULL!Its clearly a FNB atm!FNB DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS EVEN IF IT AFFECTS A 78 YEAR OLD PENSIONER! THEIR ATM DID NOT PAYOUT SO THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE MONEY!
