FNB ATM deposit mess

I have previously complained about this and I still have no positive feedback regarding this matter compalint ref number ***. I did an FNB ATM deposit of R2850.00 on 29.09.2024 into account ***. This account is currently sitting with the FNB debt review department and they are saying they cannot see this deposit. Can you please urgently confirm with the debt review centre that this ATM deposit was successful and is reflecting in this account? I am now very frustrated because I don't understand how they not picking up this deposit on their side? Their number is ***, please
