FNB ATM deposit

We own a Gymnastics Club and recently had a fundraiser to buy much needed equipment. We deposited the money at the ATM in Meyersdal.There it was a large sum of money and had to be deposited in 3 seperate deposit. Our 1st Deosit (largest amount) was ünsuccesfull"",but the money went into the ATM. We immediately filled out a claimform for that amount and a deposit was made into our account less R4050. We have been to the branch twice to rectify this. First off all we get treated as ********s as if we are lying (including by the manager) and 2nd not once have we been contacted by the lady(Roxanne) who is investigating this matter. I find this kind of treatment beyond unacceptable and our fundraising was for nothing while the bank keeps our money !! I am utterly disgusted !!
