FNB ATM CONTINIOUSLY GIVING PROBLEMS

I have to bring this issue up with someone as NOTHING is being done about it, the same FNB ATM swallowed my card and money I deposited and has done the same to many other customers, it is apparent that nothing is really done to better the situation. I do not have the luxury to sit and wait for an hour in a branch to sort out this matter but will have no other choice. This is causing a lot of frustration and inconveniencing a lot of customers, if you do not want people unnecessary in the banks fix your ATM's!
