FNB ATM Constantly out of Order, if it works 1 day out of 7, we're lucky!

Good day, Every single day the FNB ATM gives problems at the Wavecrest Shopping Centre where the Spar and Clicks retailers are. The following problems occur on the daily: No Cash Screen is frozen, it says how can we help you, but it doesn't transact It swallows cards Out of service Cant print receipts

I have been appointed to do cash up every day and try to deposit our store cash-up at the FNB ATM since the 21st of October, 2019. Our deposits are to be in by 10h30 AM daily or we get audit findings. The fact that the FNB ATM never works is causing us to not meet our metrics and having to catch cabs to town to deposit at an alternative bank. FNB is therefore losing business, so maybe, just maybe, if FNB starts feeling it in their pocket, or if I start posting on social media about how pathetic FNB's serving is in this area, FNB may feel embarrassed enough to do something about it. This is a massive inconvenience for everyone. Many people including myself, heavily rely on the FNB ATM to actually work. What makes this even more ridiculous, is that the Spar is so tired of the complaints they've put up this sign stating that the ATM sometimes swallows cards and is to be used at own risk due to the amount of problems they have experienced. What I will be doing is reporting this story every day on Facebook, videos and all, take photos of the out of order machine and everyone can follow my daily inconvenience. I have 3 out of order photos in 3 days - literally been broken since Thursday evening last week.

Whomever it is that is responsible for fixing or installing a decent ATM, doesn't care and is not doing their job. I will not stop until FNB actually does something about this. I really hope my daily posts and advertising of what FNB really thinks of their patrons becomes as much of an inconvenience as it has to me and everyone else.
