FNB ATM CARD GOT SWOLLEN

Can someone please tell me if they ever got help from @FNBSA My card got jammed at an ATM and after so many tries to cancel my card I later found out that R3000 was withdrawn and there were 2 purchases made to Mandys Trading of just over R11k. I called FNB and logged a case but I have read from other people's experiences that they never got their money back
