FNB ATM and Loadshedding doesnt go well together.

I tried to withdraw a R1000 from eWallet at the ATM in New Redruth Village around 30/06/2023 17:50 and as the notes were counting the power came back from loadshedding and then the ATM went off without dispensing the money. It then started up and with an orange screen that says "ATM is starting, please wait". After the ATM booted up I tried the OTP again and it gave me a slip 18:01 saying that the transaction count not be completed. I need to request a new pin. I then let another person try to withdraw money to see if the 1k would appear with their money and sadly did not. I then tried requesting a new pin and it said insufficient funds to continue. Please investigate this and credit the FNB account holder from where the money came from. Thank you.
