FNB at their most unfair and worst behaviour(unfreeze my account now!)
Hi,
FNB froze my account in June 2018 until to this day im typing this message.
My account was unblocked on 25th December 2018. Ive been with FNB since BOB, not once in those years have i ever been a suspect for 1 false ***** charge which was a mistake and misunderstood.
I then went to police station for Avidavit stating that I am not aware of any ***** I did and was completely a mistake from the party who laid complaint.
Since 25th of December- 29th December I have been running around from branch to atm trying to access my ewallet funds which is not frozen but doesnt allow me to withdraw it.
In the time period FNB has not only caused me frustration and emotion but a hopeless year and a devastating Christmas and have cost me more than they would ever compensate me for false accusations.
BREAKDOWN: 1 Decemeber- 28 December 2018:
On Uber to fnb branch and back: R1000.00+ On Airtime: R6000.00+
June- December 2018:
Probably over R15000.00
I do not want compensation all I want is my money that is frozen in my account which is not even frozen. But I prefer FNB out of their own to compensation every cent ive spent on them trying to fix my account.
Ive spoken to every single agent in every department FNB owns. All I get told is that my accounts are not frozen they are active but the atm slip shows me that someone is not doing their job and think nothing of the next human beings life. I have got proof. Call centre staff keeps telling me admin will call me they are useless and unprofessional. Why cant you unfreeze my account. Every call centre agent says my accounts are active and not frozen so someone is not caring or doing their job.
If fnb doesnt contact me about unblocking my account immediately i will have to go the legal route. I will proceed in doing whatever it takes for them to get my message.
Here is proof of 1 days running up and down phoning the call centre right through out the night.
Kind Regards,
