FNB is a joke, @FNB The fact that you have made a “business” decision as below to stop debit order disputes at this time is disgraceful. What about making a client decision for once and showing you give a **** about your clients especially in these times. You then have the audacity to charge R120 for a bounced debit order. You truly proved through this and other of you so called “Covid relief” for businesses and persons that you have zero intent to offer real help. I always believed you were the best bank in SA and probably are when times are good and you making tons of money off us but it’s when things change like this that your true colours have shone through. Your #realhelp is a joke. I am tired of the pathetic generic responses on social media .
