Fnb At It Again!

FNB at it again!

I was at a supermarket till paying for groceries with my credit card when it was declined. Six times, six different machines while a queue full of people watched.

I then find out it was because some idiot at FNB didn't do what they were supposed to do and now my credit card doesn't work at all.

Because of FNB's inefficiency I cannot buy food or put petrol in my car, despite having more than sufficient funds available.

They have once again embarrassed me and inconvenienced me.

This has only started happening since having upgraded to Private Clients. FNB now charges me higher bank charges than before however I'm now frequently humiliated and cannot use my credit card.

This time I demand that FNB make good on their failures and take responsibility for their *********** employees.
