FNB at it again

Is this really happening again? I sent an email to cancel my FNB funeral policy over a week ago the policy date is suppose to be the 15th, so i am sitting at work and I get a message that my funeral policy was taken of. What the hell is going on at FNB do I have to post on hello Peter everytime to get some results?
