Fnb assists *****

While on the ***** line stating that there is *****ulent activity on my account, even more money got taken out my account. No two factor authentication was required, changing my password didnt help, and the transaction exceeded my daily limit. Fnb tells me it will take weeks to investigate. But those weeks mean I am stuck without savings or my salary as my account got completely cleaned. Called them four times (very politely) and got hung up on each time?! Meant to be a private client but get treated like ****. No wonder they lose clients
