FNB **** Assistance MIA

I've been a customer for nearly 3 decades with FNB and my recent experience has resulted in me deciding it's time to move on.

For the first time a ****mer(s) got fortunate with their timing and managed to **** me while awaiting an order from overseas.

I declined the initial confirmation via the app but was victim to the redirect **** website. I immediately contacted the bank to cancel the card and the transaction.

Even though I am the customer and victim in this instance, the bank is ignoring this to hide behind the OTP that was retrieved dishonestly.

In the end, the FNB has in basically informed me that they will honour the *****ulent payment (and whatever ******** activity it's linked to) and I should in turn bare the cost of paying them back.

Moral of the story, be safe out there and don't expect your bank to assist you, even if you've done the right thing.
