FNB ***** Assistance

I opened up a ***** case almost 3 weeks ago and I have received no feedback as promised. I have called in day after day only to keep getting transferred to a line where no one answers at all. FNB's service is absolutely pathetic and I highly doubt I'm ever going to get assisted, I've seen other reviews of people having the same issue. I am dissatisfied with the services received and will definitely be switching banks immediately as I can clearly see that FNB don't care at all about customer service and satisfaction. Pathetic!
