FNB Assist (rather don't want to)
So I'm going through some things, like people do in life and i needed a payment holiday as i don't see my payments being met with what's currently going on, so I contacted FNB via the chat and was told i need to email them when requesting a contact number also i was informed they don't have one, so i emailed them first they requested my ID then I'm just told no i don't qualify for it, like what the actual there is no criteria given no context I'm just declined for payment relief, no forms where filled in no conditions where given so how can i be declined ????
You try do the right thing and they internationally want you to fail so they can make more money!!!
