FNB asks for documents that are unreasonable

I have a business account with FNB, I want to apply for covid funding or an increase in my overdraft, the reason is I have a major order , and because of covid funds are limited. FNB is requesting a source of adjustment in order to help me. A source of adjustment can only be supp**** once the project is completed...which it is not at this moment.... SO basically FNB is asking me to commit *****
