Trying to close my Business account please. Fee's are up to date and they tell me I have to pay in to close the account and if I don't pay in they can't close it. What the actual hell. No one can even explain what the outstanding amount is no one has been able to help or explain all they tell me is "let us know when the payment has been made then we can close it" how ***** is that *******.
