FNB as Ineffective as normal

As per usual FNB is unhelpful...all I need to do is close my premier account as I have paid off my overdraft and no longer bank with them.

They expect me to come into a branch? How ridiculous and inefficient can one be.

Close my account with immediate effect. I will not tolerate another day of FNB nonsense!

If you think you will charge me another cent for this account I will take this further.

Enough is enough!
