I have jave been logged out of my online banking and moblie banking since February, sfter i got hacked, app says you need to log in online banking and then i can use moble banking, still can't, even though i logged in back in feb, so i still can't use it so I ignored it and proceed to use the card purely for online purchases, recently i want to sort things out with the credit card, like use it to pay for fuel, where i tap once , the machine says card is locked after to many attempts even though i tapped,once, I cant log in online banking as i forgot my password and pin. I queried over the weekend as i cant log in anywhere, and if I say forgot pin the site crashes, when i logged my query you gave the option to be contacted via emal or call, after i selected email correspondence as I am unable to take calls during work as i am training employees in taking calls etc, so i cant take calls, after specifically choosing not to be called on the query and to be contacted via emal you called me 4 times one after the other, then when i finally asnwer i tell then to email my like I requested so we can communicate on mail, you mailed me 2 hours or so later telling me how to log in like im a freaking idiot who didnt waste an hour over the weekend trying to log in the way your dumb email says step by step. I am not dumb, i can read english where it states to log in places, after responding to 2 mails yesterday, one stating my request for assistance and the mail you send on how to log into a website like an idiot, no one has contacted me back in more than a day.
