FNB as bad as their Home Insurance contractor
Thirteen years ago my home was purchased with a FNB Bond. FNB arranged the home insurance like they normally do .
For the past 13 years no alterations were done and maintenance as required. No alterations were done . After 13 years of contributing to your appointed Insurance contractor my roof / ceilings collapsed due to the rain of the past month.
Instead of assisting to repair an asset- still bonded - your Insurance contractor and their assessor now state that my roof is defective and not worthy of repair
No where in the past 13 years was my roof to defective to to be insured No where in the policy does it state the minimum pitch required - besides that if you want to make an issue why was it not done when the home was purchased
Thank you for Selecting a Worthless Contractor that are obviously only interested in collecting the premiums but not willing to protect assets
