FNB as bad as Rescue247

I recently sent a message complementing FNB for assisting me in reversing debit orders from Rescue247. Now they charged me R150 to reverse transaction to the value R110. Please remove this compliment from your system as FNB is as bad or worst than Rescue247. Makes me sick.
