FNB as a bank I don’t recommend

I was served with a court order by attorneys on the 4th of May 2025. The court order resulted to a hold on my account.

The bank was served on a Friday 4th May2025 12:45, and on the 5th of May the hold was activated by 9 am. This whole exercise took place in less than 24 hours.

Communicated with the Attorneys in question and came to an agreement to have the money deducted from my account on the 23rd May 2025.

The courier gave an instruction to the bank on the 22 May 2025 to deduct the said amount from my bank, and then thereafter lift the hold.

The attorneys served the bank with the papers on the Friday of 23 May 2025 as an urgent instruction to follow the due processes.

Papers were served to the bank by midday on Friday. On Saturday I engaged the bank, no response.

On Monday I engaged the bank and the attorneys, the bank tossed me up and down with a lot of back and forth. Long story short, it’s Tuesday afternoon today and the bank has not comp**** to the court order and I am told to to verify the authenticity of the documents.

I drove to the bank, for a physical consultation. I am told that my request to have this matter resolved is unreasonable and that the bank cannot.

My debit Order bounced and I have been receiving endless calls from my credit providers, cars not paid, bond not paid and school fees not paid.

How am I expected to afford my life when even my own bank cannot resolve matters they have control over?

I need assistance. These guys confirm the receipt of the documents last Friday, yet they have not yet resolved the issue at their control.

I need a serious intervention.
