FNB Arrogance

With regard to FNB's change in rules for EBucks, I cannot believe their arrogance. A few years ago after changing the rules, they faced a massive outcry from their "customers" and retracted.

I have no need nor desire to use a smartphone. All my banking is done online and suits me YOUR customer, down to the ground.

In the last year I have spent about R750 000 on my FNB credit card and about R1.8 million has gone through my current accounts. In the banks terms, this is nothing, however, as YOUR customer, this is how I want to transact with you.

Like the ANC, your arrogance will be your downfall.

Firstly my spend on my card will move to my other cards and I will proceed to move my accounts back to Nedbank.

John Robertson

Port Elizabeth
