FNB are ****** who ***** poor ppl are they blocked my easy zero account and won't send available balance to my ewallet

I've had an FNB easy zero account for a while and changed from ewallet to easy zero to secure my SRD. I was fine drawing my srd for the first few times but now suddenly my account is blocked. When I called they wouldn't help me unblock my AC and said I need to go into a branch. That defeats the purpose of having an FNB easy zero account as I'm unable to go into a branch. They now have months of my SRD that i can't access which as per their terms on an FNB easy zero if the ACC in is blocked they will send the available cash to your number as an ewallet which FNB didn't do. They also state that the account is paperless and doesn't require identification, now they say I should take identification and fica docs to a branch

Don't bank with FNB they are ******* who ***** poor people's money. I have 2 kids to support with no job and they are refusing to send the available balance to my ewallet.
