FNB are useless once again !

This is the 3rd time I'm posting the same issue with FNB.

I think its actually disgusting and pathetic how FNB totally disregard their customers.

I had requested my credit card rate to be adjusted as it was extremely high, they came back to me 1 month later with a 1 % change ..that was a joke to me I have a credit score that is good and they offer me ****py rates so I had asked to go back and provide me with a new offer and an explanation as to why it is only a 1% change..the complaints division themselves have not even gotten back to me and it is a further 2 week later.

Like I said pathetic and disgusting business processes in my opinion
