Fnb are useless.
FNB is getting more useless by the day.
I have started a new job and want to change my debit order date of my personal loan i have with them, now they want n payslip before they can change my debit order date, are FNB so useless to know that you only get a payslip once you get paid,
I promise you FNB, if i have to pay penalties because you refused to change my debit order date after i called you, because i started a new job there us going to be hell to pay!

05 Mar 2026, 13:05Well well well, I received a call from one of the FNB consultants, asked her to give me a call back because i was in a meeting. Promised to call me back yesterday at 15:05.
And once again pathetic service as that call never happened. PLEASE FNB, start getting better service or all your clients will be moving to discovery bank just like I am planning to do.
