FNB are useless !!!

I received a MoneyGram from the USA from a friend. Came to FNB the guy said I can do it via the ATM so he helped me. On the screen the amounts in Rand and Dollar appeared.

So we accepted and a error slip came out.

He reffered me into the bank by the tellers, so they said the same thing and that I need to contact the person who sent it as the problem is on their side so I did but all was well on his side.

I go back to the bank to have a consultant tell me my account is in active, first of all the teller didnt tell me that, they were quick enough to send me away.

So I paid R 150 to activate my account and still no money gram ! I called the FNB forex department and told them that and they said the money is still with them due to the account that was inactive but I need to send an email to ********** to tell them to credit it back into my account.

I have been sending emails and phoning but nothing !

Thye keeping the money back and no one is calling back or releasing my money.

They ******* !

No one in the call centre can help nor in the bank itself ! Useles useless useless !!!!!

1
