FNB are ******* to the deceased

Fnb has the worst service! I closed my late mother’s FNB account over a month ago and she has funds in her account which I requested to be transferred into my account. I received no correspondence for over a month until I called to ask about the status of the transfer. When I called FNB told me that I won’t be able to receive the funds because my mom had a loan with FNB! A Team Leader named Sarah Lee Sansoucie said she would call me back to rectify the issue and she never did!! I know for a fact that loans are granted along with corresponding insurance! So how can FNB withhold money that does not belong to them! *****s! To make matters worse, no one called to tell me what was happening, I had to call them! Horrible service!
